Sarasbuag Talyatla Ganapati History:

Sarasbuag garden is famous for its Ganesh Temple which is also referred to as Talyatla Ganapati (Ganapati temple in the lake). This temple is constructed into the lake which is very close to the Parvati temple (Parvati Hill). The construction of this temple commenced in 1750 beneath neath the steerage of Nanasaheb Peshwe. Marathas used the temple premises to define war strategies and army approach against Nizam, and the British Empires.
