Golconda Fort Hyderabad

You may love to visit "Golconda Fort" which is also popular with the name "Golkonda" located in Hyderabad state, India. The fort was built in the 13th century by the Kakatiya dynasty. This fort is an archaeological treasure and listed on the official "List of Monuments" by the Archaeological Survey of India. Golkonda was used for the market of the diamond trade, and where gems were sold. How to reach by Road?

Golconda is 15.9 km placed from Hyderabad bus stand. You can reach there by using the Madhapur rout.

You may enjoy the magnificent and beautiful view especially at the sunset of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad from Darbar Hall which is located on the top of the hill of the fort. But keep remembering that, you need to walk through the number of steps to reach this hall. You can see Nagina Garden, Barracks, 12 meters deep three water tanks in the fort.
