Jim Corbett National Park could be your best holiday destination where you can take your family and friend to enjoy beautiful wildlife. People usually come to this oldest national park of India (1936) especially to see the powerful nocturnal hunter i.e the magnificent Bengal Tiger. Jim Corbett Park has located foothills of the Himalayas in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, India, and has the most number of tigers (231) in the country. Other than Bengal tigers, in this national park, you can see some unusual species of crocodiles, deer, Sambar, buffs, and chinkaras.

The best season to visit Nainital Park is from November to June. You will enjoy the bright and sunny day here but need to pack some warm clothes & jackets if you are planning to visit just after the rainy season (in November-December).
It is the only Corbett park in India that offers a night stay inside Jungle. Dhikala and Bijrani forest lodges are available which provide good accommodation services. You need to book it prior a few days earlier than your travel. You can enjoy an elephant safari if you booked the night stay inside the park in Dhikala or Bijrani Forest Rest houses only. We suggest you book any lodge at least for 2-3 days so that you can see and enjoy all the wildlife present in this park.
